The aim of this program is to secure a better future for these girls through providing financial support for maintaining and strengthening the Barathi Girls Hostel.
Through the sponsorship program, individuals would help to cover the expenses of the girls at the hostel. At the same time, sponsors would be able to contact them by post or through the KGBV School blog.
As a first step, the program aims to cover the expenses of the girls staying at the hostel, as well as to increase the number of girls as soon as there are enough sponsors. The donations will cover all the expenses.

The monthly living costs per girl are of €22, so this is the minimum amount recommended for monthly donation for the sponsors.
Remember that this amount only covers the girl expenses, but the building rent, electricity,salaries and other administrative expenses, which mean €6217 per year are not included (because the amount per girl will change depending onthe number of girls that we host) and also needs to be covered.
Providing a monthly donation allows ODAM to receive a reliable income stream and thus budget for the future more effectively. However, one off donations of any amount are always gratefully accepted and can be given via the “Donate” button.
